Blood Pressure Check October 3rd

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder, the Living Well ministry will be conducting blood pressure checks after 2nd service on Sunday (October 3rd). The Living Well team would really like to encourage Next Geners to get checked, as a lot of people with high blood pressure are younger than you would think and don't have any idea they have it.

I had no idea that my blood pressure was high until I got it checked by the Living Well ministry 6 months ago. After I told them that my mom takes blood pressure medicine, they warned me that high blood pressure is hereditary and that I should check more often and, if things don't get better, consider ways to alter my diet or get a prescription (and I hate taking medicine)

So I will definitely get checked this Sunday!!!!
